Kivu Gin

Kivu Gin est né d’un voyage au Nord-Kivu, une région isolée d’Afrique centrale, marquée par des conflits armés mais riche en biodiversité et paysages spectaculaires. Située à l’Est de la République Démocratique du Congo, cette province se distingue par ses montagnes, lacs et forêts denses. Les ingrédients utilisés sont sélectionnés avec soin et proviennent de producteurs locaux et de petites coopératives, favorisant ainsi l’économie locale et la culture artisanale des épices.

Kivu Gin was born from a trip to North Kivu, a region of central Africa marked by armed conflicts but rich in biodiversity and spectacular landscapes. Located in the east of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, this province is distinguished by its mountains, lakes and dense forests.The ingredients used are carefully selected and come from local producers and small cooperatives, thus promoting the local economy and artisanal cultivation of spices.
